Mark Katzman loves photography – he’s been shooting for more than 20 years and it’s second nature to him. Having ‘grown up’ an editorial photographer shooting executives and celebrities short on time, Mark has learned to work quickly and competently under pressure. Clients love his approachability, relaxed style and sense of humor, and these qualities are reflected in the images he produces.
Mark’s passion for the history of photography brings a timeless quality to his contemporary commercial work. His understanding of the medium is represented by his website
Art of the Photogravure which has garnered the attention of TED, Harvard, and the Library of Congress. Mark’s personal work using the obscure and difficult wetplate collodion process has won multiple awards as well as the attention of Communication Arts, Photo District News and the International Photography Hall of Fame.
